The Emmert Patternmakers Vise (not vice as my wife sees it) was and still is one of the most feature-rich tools in the wood shop. Add one to your bench or better yet build a bench around it and you'll see that I mean. This vise inspired the Lee Valley Tucker Vise, as well as copies by AMT and Woodcraft to name a few. This blog attempts to join new owners with old vises, and will track the street value of vises as they come and go from eBay. Now I've added Lion Miter Trimmers to the hunt!
Emmert 6A Universal Vise for Sale
Pictured above and linked below is an Emmert Universal Vise called the 6A which is for sale on eBay. It has rotating jaws to hold anything that comes its way.

Is this still for sale? My husband would love one.
How much for it?
Where is the link, or has it already been sold?
How much?
One more chiming in to inquire about the vice.
